The waistband is elasticated and super stretchy making this brief exceptionally comfortable for women with a large difference in waist circumference. These panels are delicately overlocked at the seams on the inside. Inside is a cotton gusset which is sewn into the brief. The back of the brief is completely plain. Smooth feel.
