At the back of the neck is a fastening feature and an adjustable slider to adjust where appropriate. A matching thong is also included which has satin material. PLEASE NOTE: the nipple covers are not included however we have a wide range of nipple covers available to order via the website separately. The back images are used for illustrative purposes only.
