2. You will receive a return authorization code along with instructions for shipping the item(s) back.
3. Securely package your item in its original packaging, clearly marking your return authorization code on the package.

Processing of Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to your original payment method.
• Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times vary by bank or payment method.

Refund Exceptions

Please note that refunds cannot be issued under the following conditions:

• Items that have signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
• Products returned without the original labels, packaging, or hygiene covers.

International Refunds

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the refund request is due to an error by Dooosy (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
