Delivery Information

  • Shipping Times: We strive to process and dispatch orders within 1 business day. Orders placed by 02PM GMT (London Time), will be dispatch to the courier, the same day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the destination address. These costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process. The approximative cost, may look like this:
    • USA, Canada, Australia = 14.99 £
    • UK = starting from 5.99 £
    • Europe = 12.99 £
  • Import Duties and Taxes: Some countries impose import duties and taxes on goods delivered from abroad. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery. Dooosy has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • Delays Due to Security Measures: Due to increased security measures in some countries, deliveries may be subject to delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

 

Return Policy

At Dooosy, we offer a 100% no-quibble guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any product for a refund or exchange, provided that the product is unused, has all labels intact, has not been worn or washed, and is in its original resalable condition.

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for any reason, as long as the product meets the conditions mentioned above. For goods that are faulty or not as described, you may return them within 30 days of delivery.
  • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@dooosy.shop with your order details and reason for return. You will receive a return authorization code.
  • Return Process: Pack the item in its original packaging to ensure privacy and discretion. Send the package back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Refund Options: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Exchanges are also available upon request.
  • Hygiene Covers: For all products, the hygiene covers must be in place in the garment for the return to be accepted.
